Booking Terms

Arrival
Admission to our course(s) will only be permitted with a valid voucher. Lost or stolen vouchers can not be replaced. Please e mail hello@hastingsadventuregolf.com if you misplace a voucher.

Your voucher does not reserve a 'tee time' you will follow the course around in order, we offer no 'fast track' games.

Prices
The price paid covers the number of people specified for the number of rounds brought. A single player for one round covers exactly that. A single player does not cover the use of more than one course.

Vouchers displaying Mini mini golfer are only valid for players 5 years or under. Any players older than this will be chargeable at the single player rate.

Family tickets must include one player under the age of 12 on arrival. Each voucher is only valid for single use.

Cancellation
By purchasing online this is our agreement with you, this agreement is non refundable. We trade 364 days of the year, your voucher can be redeemed at any time, there is no expiry date.

Maintenance & Events
Due to trading 364 days a year our routine maintenance is scheduled to avoid our busy periods. On occasions this is not possible and partial closure of individual courses may occur.

We host major international tournaments, one course per event will be closed to the public, please check our website for further details of competition dates.

Transfer of Voucher
The voucher is non transferable and can not be sold on either external websites or our seafront site. Reselling will invalidate the voucher.

Party Bookings
Bookings can be changed or cancelled up to 48 hours prior to the party date. After this period only a change of date can be offered. If due to reasons beyond our control, Hastings Adventure Golf has to cancel your party, you will be contacted before hand and you will have the right to a full refund or alternatively rearrange for an alternative date. Inclement weather on the party day will not qualify for a refund. Hastings Adventure Golf reserves the right to change the content of any Party Booking.

The Party Organiser should inform Hastings Adventure Golf of any food allergies on the booking form provided on the day (or in advance via e mail), so that we can discuss various options if applicable. Hastings Adventure Golf does not provide a birthday cake or candles. Please note that the staff at Hastings Adventure Golf are NOT party supervisors and all children remain the responsibility of the adults in the party. We require a minimum ratio of 1 adult for every 6 children. Children must be supervised at all times and children must not be left unattended at any time. Age appropriate clubs will be allocated to each child within the party, the rules and etiquette on the course must be followed at all times.

All additional children must be paid for by the person booking the party prior to the start of the party, unless paid for in advance.

A party booking does not reserve a tee time. Party groups will follow the rest of the course round in the correct order.
